Description: Game Plan served as the marketing/sales agency for the annual charity weekend hosted by NBA star Alonzo Mourning of the Miami Heat. Benefiting charities are the Children's Home Society and 100 Black Men of South Florida. Events included a concert, dinner/auction, block party, and All-Star basketball game.

Partners: Alonzo Mourning Charitable Fund; Zo's Summer Groove; Children's Home Society of Florida; 100 Black Men of South Florida, various media sponsors.

Results: By creating innovative promotional programs for sponsors, revenue was doubled over previous year to more than $500,000. Attendance was doubled for the concert and increased significantly for the game. Game Plan's programs generated the highest contribution to the charities in event's history.
